How do I set up an alert?

Select your desired ferry route and departure date in the app. You can receive push notifications or optional email alerts.

Why haven't I received an alert yet?

Notifications may take time, especially during peak seasons. Check the Alerts screen for status updates.

Why did my reservation show as sold out?

Reservations are competitive. If another person books it first, it may no longer be available.

Why didn't my iPad receive the same push notification as my iPhone?

Push notifications are device-specific. Use email alerts if you need notifications on multiple devices.

How long is my information stored?

Your personal data is automatically removed within 24 hours of an alert.
